About Me
I am a Voice & Speech Practitioner, Accent & Dialect Coach, and Personal Growth & Development Coach. I'm also an actor, voiceover artist, tap dancer, animal lover, yogi, and health advocate.

I've been acting since high school, teaching for nearly a decade, and my fascination in health and wellness has grown and diversified alongside my professional interests. Through a series of small epiphanies, I realized I could bring all my loves together. An acting career has its difficulties, including uncertainty, job scarcity, rejection, and self-doubt, not to mention long hours, lack of sleep, and poor nutrition grabbed on-the-go. Prioritizing your health is paramount to a sustainable career in such a field, as is the ability to define what success means to you and how to set and reach the goals that will get you there.

Everything I've done in my life has led me to this revelation: I want to teach actors the skills they need to succeed in the industry and empower them with the skills to create healthy, sustainable careers. I believe you can continually find health, peace, and joy in your life, no matter where your career takes you, and I'd love to help you do so.
